New Dawn, New Day, New Me!!!!

Well the blogger is back!!! And today begins my blogging about my raw vegan journey. today am going to begin this journey and anything that I have to report on this will be placed in this blog  this is coming from a black female who is about 60 pounds over weight, 36 and a diabetic. in an effort to save my own life and have a much better quality of life is the reason I'm going thru with this. am also giving up cigarettes, weed, and alcohol. To all that will follow me on this journey, I want you to know that I am totally new to this, I do not have a juicer (although I'm getting one) and I don't have a kitchen full of prepared vegan dishes. I am only armed with the internet as a tool and a resource. I will however blog everyday  love yall and please give feedback as often and u like and subscribe!!!!

RAW

Once again, i am embarking on a new journey. RAW veganism. Thats right that's the way i said it. It seems to be the solution to my health and aging problems and normally i don't struggle with these things but wit this i do struggle.

Anthony Wiener, gets caught flirting with hot chicks on the internet. And he sends shirtless photos and nasty fb inboxes, and today, they announce his wife is expecting....wth?

Plaxico Burrus (or however its spelled) done busted out of the joint after 18 months, this was a couple days ago, i wonder if his jump offs got the chance to see him yet???

Good morning all! Today i just wanted to talk about friends because a person that ive known as a friend for almost 30 years is truly slipping.

You should not judge ur u should love them. You should not look or talk down to them because nobody is perfect. And as sure as u are human there is some wind that can be blown your way.

Be Still

So much shit has happened since I last posted!! Lets see. I started a new fitness plan. Eating raw (love it). May 21st D day has past...yay!!! Im still on my celibacy grind...NICE!!! And I met a new person (not a love interest). I am currently reading a very good book that Im sure is going to change my life in some way. And oh yeah, I havent been keeping up on any of my shows.....dang it!!! But the most fantastic news of all is that I am BACK!!! I will be blogging everyday from now on. I have developed a life plan (new) and I will take the time to "be still" and do all the things that I need to do plus!!! Write out some things to my readers everyday. Everybody stay up and I will have some new things on tomorrow morning. Peace!!!
